About Kettle Zone Park

A grooming studio shaped by patience, craft, and genuine animal care.

We make grooming feel less like an errand and more like a trusting ritual for pets and the people who love them.

Where we began

A quieter answer to a noisy industry.

Kettle Zone Park began in Shibuya after our founders saw too many anxious pets hurried through crowded salons. We designed a small studio where one pet can be heard, handled gently, and given enough time to settle.

What guides us

Comfort is part of the service, never an extra.

We start with observation rather than equipment. A pet’s body language, coat condition, age, and home routine shape the appointment, so the finished groom supports wellbeing as well as appearance.

How we work

Small rituals create calm, confident visits.

Every appointment follows a familiar rhythm: welcome, consultation, preparation, grooming, and a clear handover. Repetition helps nervous pets understand what comes next and helps owners leave with practical care notes.

  1. Welcome. We let your pet explore the room before handling begins.
  2. Read. We check coat, skin, movement, and temperament together.
  3. Care. We groom in short, comfortable stages with breaks when needed.
  4. Share. We explain what we noticed and how to maintain the result.
The people here

Experienced hands with soft edges.

Our groomers bring professional training in breed-specific styling, feline handling, coat health, and pet first aid. Just as important, they bring curiosity: no two pets are treated as a template.

A growing standard

From one room to a neighborhood habit.

Our first year was built on referrals from Shibuya families. Since then, thousands of visits have taught us that trust is measured in small details: a familiar voice, a clean table, a thoughtful update, and a pet who returns with confidence.

Our promise

Leave every pet feeling more like themselves.

We measure a successful visit by more than a polished coat. It is the pet who relaxes sooner, the owner who knows what to do next, and the shared feeling that grooming can be a safe, positive part of life.
