Who we are

A neighborhood studio built around trust and comfort.

We started Kettle Zone Park to offer Shibuya’s pets a grooming experience free of rush and noise. Every appointment is one-on-one, with time built in for breaks, treats, and reassurance.

Our services

Grooming and care, tailored to every coat and temperament.

Dog grooming

A complete dog visit begins with a coat assessment, then a warm bath, careful blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, and a practical finish. We adjust the pace and styling for puppies, seniors, double coats, and curly coats.

Cat grooming

Cat appointments use a quieter room, towel support, and short handling intervals rather than a rushed salon routine. We focus on mat removal, seasonal shedding, hygiene trims, and a calm handover with home-brushing guidance.

Pet spa treatments

Add a warm oatmeal soak, paw balm, or conditioning treatment when your pet needs more than a standard wash. We choose each product after checking skin sensitivity, coat texture, and the season rather than adding a one-size-fits-all extra.

Nail & ear care

Our tidy-up visit covers nail length, paw-pad hair, ear exterior, and the small hygiene details that are easy to miss at home. It is useful before travel, between full grooms, or for pets who do not need a complete style change.

Everyday pet care

Keep a manageable routine between appointments with a brush-out, gentle teeth-cleaning introduction, and a quick visual check of coat and paws. We explain what we found and which two or three habits will make the next visit easier.

First-visit consultation

Before a first appointment, we invite you to share coat history, handling sensitivities, health notes, and the look you want. This short conversation lets us reserve the right amount of time and avoid surprises for both you and your pet.

What sets us apart

Considerate grooming, from arrival to pickup.

01

Fear-free handling

We begin with a quiet arrival, let your pet investigate the room, and introduce tools one at a time. Treats, pauses, and familiar handling cues help anxious or first-time pets stay below their stress threshold.

02

One pet at a time

Appointments are spaced so your pet is not waiting beside a noisy group of animals. That quieter rhythm gives our groomers time to watch posture, breathing, and comfort throughout the visit.

03

Vet-approved products

Our shampoos, conditioners, dryers, and blades are selected for sensitive skin and cleaned between appointments. When a coat or skin concern looks outside grooming care, we tell you clearly and recommend speaking with your veterinarian.

How it works

Booking a groom takes three easy steps.

01

Tell us about your pet

Send us your pet’s breed, approximate size, coat history, handling sensitivities, and the service you have in mind. If it is easier to talk, call the studio at and we will note everything for you.

02

Choose a time

We reply with a recommended package, an estimated visit length, and available Tuesday–Sunday times. We leave breathing room around each booking so an anxious arrival does not turn into a rushed handover.

03

Drop off & relax

At drop-off, we confirm the desired finish and any changes since your last visit. You can explore Shibuya while we work, or wait nearby; we call when your pet is settled, finished, and ready for a calm pickup.

04

Happy pickup

Pickup includes a quick handover: what we completed, how your pet handled the visit, and what to watch at home. You leave with a clean, comfortable companion and practical next steps for brushing, bathing, or rebooking.

Frequently asked

Answers before your first visit.

How long does a full groom take?+

Most full grooms take between 90 minutes and two hours, depending on coat length, size, and temperament.

Do you groom anxious or reactive pets?+

Yes. We offer fear-free, paced introductions and can schedule extra time for pets who need to build trust gradually.

Can I stay with my pet during the appointment?+

You’re welcome to wait in our lounge. For some pets, a calmer groom happens without an owner present — we’ll advise what works best.

What products do you use?+

We use hypoallergenic, vet-approved shampoos and conditioners suited to sensitive skin and coats.
